This is a multi-level report to hone in on your category performance and WOS.

Key Callouts

% Var Act vs. Plan

For all of your topline metrics, it is key to look at how these metrics, such as Gross Sales Retail, Gross Sales Margin and Gross Sales AUR trend compare to Last Year and more importantly to this year's plan.

The report uses conditional formatting to ensure that + deviations are highlighted in green and - deviations are highlighted in red.

Gross WOS

If you'e been beating your sales goals, that is great - however, look into the WOS numbers to make sure that you have sufficient inventory to cover future sales.

The report uses conditional formatting to highlight classes where you have less than 10 weeks of supply remaining, keeping in mind that typical lead times will be greater than 10 weeks.
