Overview
If you are using Google Sheets as your source of record for SKU Master or Purchase Orders, you can integrate Google Sheets to Toolio. The data would be sent from your Google Sheets into Toolio with the click of a button.
Most common use cases for using Google Sheets with Toolio would be for when you are managing the following in Google Sheets:
SKU Master (i.e. Product Feed)
Purchase Orders
Receipts
We do recommend using an ERP to manage the feeds above; however, we have many customers that are leveraging Google Sheets to manage these.
Pre-Requisites
Before getting into the details on how the integration work, below are a few pre-requisites
Familiarize yourself with the Toolio core models. You will need to ensure that each model you want to send to Toolio, will appear as a sheet on your Spreadsheet.
Google Sheets <> Toolio integration works using emailed feeds. So you will need to find out your Toolio Integration Email Address. It will look like
integrations+2341232312@toolio.com.
Instructions
Create a copy of this Google Sheet so that you can start editing.
Fill in the areas highlighted in yellow
Add a tab corresponding to your data feeds (learn more). Names of the tabs can be as follows (Product, Sale, Inventory, Purchase Order, Receipt)
Each time you want to feed the data into Toolio, click the Send Feeds button at the top right
