Toolio offers you to set a specific Minimum Display Quantity (MDQ) for your all sizes per Style Color and lets you create a Purchase Order (PO) which includes direct to store shipments for these MDQs. As a final product your PO includes to warehouse as well as to store items.
Use case:
You want your stores to always maintain a MDQ no matter what you'd receive in the warehouse

Please see below on how to configure and set MDQs and generate POs according to these specifications.
Configuring your Locations
First, you need to configure which locations will apply MDQ as you may not want to define MDQ for your online channels such as your e-commerce site, Amazon, Walmart, etc.
Go to
Master Data > LocationSet Supports MDQ to true for the locations which will receive MDQ, and set false for locations will not receive MDQ like your e-commerce site.
Setting MDQs and Generating POs on Assortment Plan
Go to any view you like and make sure you have enabled MDQ as an attribute on this view.
Enter the MDQ for the Style-Color, Cluster Group and Size Scale
Select the PO Strategy for the Style-Color
For MDQ to be applied, select MDQs to Destination Remainder to Store option
Otherwise, select POs to Source option
Select the Style-Colors which will be included in your PO.
Note that, Toolio lets you generate POs only if they have the same PO Strategy type.
Then right click on the grid, select
Generate Purchase Orders > Toolio CSVor other options to push to Netsuite (note that Netsuite will be enabled soon)The PO CSV will be downloaded to your device.
NOTE: Applying MDQ Profiles Constraints will be available in future iterations in 2023.
Understanding your POs
For Size 10 M, at Location 1, MDQ is set to 1 and BOP units at the store is 1, therefore 0 is sent to the store, and all 6 planned receipts will be sent to the Warehouse
For Size 10 M, at Location 6, MDQ is set to 1 and BOP units at the store is 0, therefore 1 is sent to the store, and other 3-1=2 planned receipts will be sent to the Warehouse
For all sizes, at Location Amazon, Amazon FBA, Walmart, .com, eBay, MDQ is set 0 as we configured at step 1, that these channels will not receive any MDQs.

Warehouse section
Your Receipts Units, Gross Sales Units and BOP units are the total of your store locations, as in previous PO settings. However, these metrics are not used to calculate the final receipts.
Final Receipts are calculated by the total of non-MDQ set channels (Amazon, eBay etc) Receipt Units plus the ones that are calculated from Receipts - MDQ for each store location.
NOTE: Due to rounding of quantities, your final receipt totals might not be equal to the sum of receipts at locations.
