Toolio Outlook Add-in is an extension you add to your Outlook to make it easy to synchronize your meetings with Toolio.

> Go to File
> Select Manage Add-ins
> Click Add
> Select Add from URL and enter the following URL
https://www.toolio.com/addin/manifest.xml
> Toolio Add-in has now been added. Make sure that you see it in the list of apps. You can now go back to Outlook.
> Now open up your calendar. You should be able to see the Toolio link in the calendar.
