Even though you are not the one creating the meeting, i.e. one of the brands are creating the meeting, you can add that meeting to Toolio easily. First, please make sure that you have already added the Toolio Outlook Add-in. Then, just go to the meeting you would like to add to Toolio and tap the Toolio icon that you would see on the Outlook ribbon, and fill in the relevant information in the add-in and tap create meeting. Don’t worry this will not create a second meeting, but will just link the meeting information with Toolio.
