Add to Item Plan from Products / Variant Page

In order to do your pre-season planning and in-season tracking in the Item Plan module, you have to first push the products into Item Plan. There are two ways to do so:

  1. Generate Item Plan from Assortment Plan and

  2. Add to Item Plan from Products / Variant page.

In this article we will be walking through the 2nd method.

Under the Data & Imports page, go to Products / Variant in the left hand menu. Select the items you would like to push into Item Plan, right click on the items, click on “X Rows Selected” and select Add to Item Plan.

A pop-up window will appear asking you to select the time range for your products. Click Add once the time range is added. A green banner will appear on the top of your screen once the items have been successfully added to Item Plan. If you’re pushing an item that’s already in Item Plan, the platform will skip that item to avoid duplicates.
