Toolio offers you to configure and maintain multiple independent plans at different time and attribute granularities in addition to your merchandise plan. Each of these plans can be reconciled with each other at any point.

Use case for these could be as follows:

  • Finance Plan: A plan that has fewer attributes of granularity and is on the Gregorian Calendar

  • Store Plan: A plan that gets down into Location level granularity, but is also on the retail calendar. This would be particularly useful if you have 10+ stores, and want to plan them independently on your merchandise plan.

  • Day Level Plan: A plan that has fewer attributes, but gets down to day level granularity. This would be especially useful if your sales have inner-week spikes and you might want to align those spikes to your marketing calendar.

Note: Multiple Plans are only supported for Pro plan and above. If you want to learn more on how to enable Multiple Plans on your account, please get in touch with your Customer Success manager.
