The Choice Status panel is the small pop-up that appears when you click on a Choice row in the Choice Plan grid.

It gives you a quick snapshot of a Choice’s overall status — including whether it’s passing validations, whether any background tasks are still running, and key IDs for troubleshooting or sharing.

💡 If Choices are grouped, you’ll see a short tip: “Check individual choice rows for status details.”

You’ll find the panel attached to a Choice row — it opens next to the row you clicked.
This anchored pop-up lets you check detailed status information without losing your place in the grid.

The panel is organized into a few clear sections:

Displays the Choice title and any external identifiers:

You can open the menu next to the title to view and copy these IDs — perfect for sharing references with other systems or teammates.

A color-coded label shows the Choice’s current high-level status (e.g. Completed, Warning, In Progress).

This gives you an at-a-glance view of your Choice’s health.

Lists validation checks and their results. These help confirm whether the Choice is set up correctly. Below are the validations that are used.

Verifies the Choice’s size setup is correct and consistent. It compares the defined size curve with any size ranges and the Choice’s actual/variant sizes and will show a warning or error if those size lists don’t match or would prevent correct sizing.

Checks the Choice’s sales configuration (sales curve or sales inputs) to make sure it’s appropriate for sales-driven calculations. If sales data is missing, inconsistent, or otherwise unsuitable, the validation surfaces a warning or error message explaining the issue.

Ensures that there are no multiple Choices (i.e Line Items) for the same Actual Choice (i.e product). If two choices overlap or otherwise conflict, the validation flags the problem and provides a message describing the overlap.

Shows any background jobs or operations tied to the Choice — such as processing, imports, or updates.
