Overview

Let's say that you have 2 plans; a Store Plan and a Merchandise Plan. Toolio allows reconciling these plans, to make sure that the two plans are aligned at the Reconciliation Attributes. Below is a quick illustration

In order to run a reconciliation, click on the scenario menu on the top right, and click Reconcile.

Then select your source plan as Merchandise Plan and select the source and target scenarios as well as the time frame. You can also filter down the products that will be reconciled against using the filter menu.

Reconciling Retail Plans to Gregorian Plans

If different part of your teams are planning in different calendars, e.g. Finance is working on Gregorian Calendar and Retail Team is planning in Retail Calendar, you can still reconcile between the two plans; however, Toolio would need to know the weight of each of the day; and that's where the Day Level Plans come in.

The steps for Reconciliation are the same. However, in this reconciliation workflow, you also have to select the Day Level Plan, which holds the weights of individual days. As you can see below; you can select which Day Plan to use, and which Scenario to use for the reconciliation process.

If you do NOT have Day Level plans built out, Toolio assumes that each day of the week has the same weight associated with it.
