Toolio tracks all edits made across the platform so you can see who changed what, when, and why. You can review these changes globally from Settings > Change History, or inspect edits at the cell level directly from within a plan.

You can access all changes from Settings > Change History.

To see the details of a particular Change History item, right-click the row and select Show Change Summary. Toolio displays the full summary of that operation.

Below is a sample Change Summary. You can see all the values that were set in the Merchandise Plan by attribute, by scenario, and by time.

If no summary page is available for an event, Toolio displays the raw data included in the associated request. This includes the metadata and request payload that triggered the change, allowing you to inspect the specific details behind the update.

The Change Events page lets you see the metadata (shown above) associated with each change. This is useful when you want to filter for changes tied to a particular setting or metric. For example, you can filter all changes to the gross_sales_units metric.

Toolio lets you inspect the Change History for a specific cell directly from within Merchandise Plan, Item Plan, and Assortment Plan. You can see an overview here.

In Merchandise Plan and Item Plan, right-click a cell and select Show Change History. Toolio displays a popup with the most recent edit timestamp for that cell. Click the link in the popup to jump to the Change Events page, pre-filtered to that change.
