Toolio comes with built-in views for transfer orders (TOs) and transfer receipts. They are laid out the same way as the Purchase Order views, so you can track what is moving between locations, what is late, and what has arrived.
Open them from Master Data > Transfer Orders or Master Data > Transfer Receipts, then pick a view from the view menu. Grouped views show totals on every group row: distinct counts for TO Number, Style No, Title, Color, Size and SKU, summed units, and average unit cost, retail and ticket.

Toolio - Transfer Orders
A line-level list of every active transfer order. Each row is one TO line, with the TO Number and SKU first, then the source and destination locations, status, order and due dates, order units, received units, and unit cost, retail and ticket. It is sorted by Due Date, newest first.
To see every line on one transfer, add To Number to the filter.
Toolio - Outstanding Transfer Orders
Shows active transfer orders that are due today or later and have at least one unit ordered. Rows are grouped by Due Date, then TO Number, then Destination Location, and sorted by Due Date so the next transfers to arrive are at the top.

Toolio - Transfer Receipts
Shows transfer receipts delivered in the last 13 weeks. Rows are grouped by Delivery Date, then TO Number, then Destination Location, and sorted by Delivery Date so the most recent receipts are at the top. Each group shows the earliest ship date, the latest delivery date and the total received units.

Views in this section are exception reports for transfers that need attention.
Toolio - Past Due Transfer Orders
Shows active transfer orders whose due date is in the past and that have at least one unit ordered. Rows are grouped by TO Number, then Destination Location, and sorted by Due Date (descending) so the most recently past due transfers appear first.
A transfer that has been fully received still appears here while its status is active. Check Receipt Units Total against Order Units to find the transfers that are late and have not arrived.
The Validation section also includes views that list transfer orders and receipts with an invalid source location, destination location or variant, so you can fix them at the source.
