Overview
When you get closer to the end of Pre-Season planning, you'll get your actual choices determined by your Buyer team and available either on your PLM system or ERP system. At this point, you'd want to associate these actual choices to your placeholder choices that are planned on the Planning Screen. To do so, you'd need Toolio's Style Bank mode.
Please note that PLM integrations will be available in 2024 Q1. Please contact your Customer Success representative for more information.
Enabling Style Bank mode
To enable Style Bank mode, please make sure that you are selected into an Assortment Plan. By clicking on the Style Bank button, system will open Style Bank mode on the right hand side of your screen. You can toggle the position of Style Bank by clicking on the arrow on top-left.
In Style Bank mode, you have only the View selector and filter selector
Through the view component, you can add/remove any actual choice attributes that you like.
You can filter the actual choice attributes that you'd like to see and save these selections to your View.
You can set default View Style Bank mode so that those would be used as you open the Style Bank mode.
Please note that your default view's filters on Style Bank mode will be overwritten by the filters you defined on your assortment plan to make sure that you are always looking at the correct choices per your defined assortment criteria.
When you want to exit Style Bank mode, click on the same exit button on the top-right.
Assigning an Actual Choice
When you have your Actual Choices available either in your PLM or ERP systems, then you can use the 'Style Bank' functionality and drag-and-drop an actual choice from Style Bank mode onto a placeholder choice on the planning screen as seen in the screenshot below.
Once you assign an actual choice, you'll be prompted with a confirmation dialog, hit Accept. Your actual choice attributes will be assigned to your placeholder choice attributes. Hit Save to save your changes.
