In order to create a new Assortment Plan for a desired time frame, go to New Assortment Plan under Assortment Plan tab through the top navigation bar.
Viewing the list of Assortment Plans
On this screen, you'll see all your Assortment Plans which are defined through the filters on this screen. If no filters applied, you'll see all the Assortment Plans created under your Toolio account.
By default, you'll see the following Assortment Plan attributes
Assortment Name
Season (if selected)
Start and End Date of an Assortment
and the following Assortment Plan rollup metrics
Gross Sales Units - Merchandise Plan
Gross Sales Units - Merchandise Plan Act Last Year (LY)
Gross Sales Units - Assortment Plan Rollup
Gross Sales Units - % Var Rollup vs Plan
Gross Sales Units - % Var Rollup vs Act LY
Receipts Cost - Merchandise Plan
Receipts Cost - Merchandise Plan Act Last Year (LY)
Receipts Cost - Assortment Plan Rollup
Receipts Cost - % Var Rollup vs Plan
Receipts Cost - % Var Rollup vs Act LY
Receipts Ticket - Merchandise Plan
Receipts Ticket - Merchandise Plan Act Last Year (LY)
Receipts Ticket - Assortment Plan Rollup
Receipts Ticket - % Var Rollup vs Plan

You can customize the metrics and attributes you'd like to see and use grouping and filtering to define the data that you'd like to see for your account or to apply for everyone using the view component.
Creating a new Assortment Plan
On the same screen, you'll see the Create button on the top right of the grid. Once clicked, you'll be prompted with a pop-up to define the assortment that you'd like to create. You need to enter the following details to create your assortment:
Give your assortment a name
Define the Filters that this assortment will apply to
Define the Time Frame that this Assortment will be valid for
Once you enter all the fields, click on the CREATE button.
An Example would be
Once you hit the CREATE button, the system will take you to Assortment Planning screen where you'll be seeing your existing choices that applies to your assortment criteria. This means if you have items that span the Holiday '24 time frame for Mens - Outerwear, these choices will be showing up on the Assortment Planning screen and then you can continue creating new placeholder choices for you to build your assortment.
By default system will create a Data-Set for this assortment based on the filters and time-frame selected. All new placeholder choices that will be created under this assortment will automatically use these assortment filters and the timeframe.
