In the next generation Assortment Plan, you'd be able to view and manage single choice and offering (cluster) level metrics in the Planning module.
For your Assortment level or multi-choice level reporting needs, you can use Reporting module, you can refer to this article for more details.
Metrics Management workflow
In order to manage your choice or offering level metrics,
Click on the double down arrow next to your choice in the main planning section
System will open the details section with Metrics tab by default
In the metrics tab, you'd be able to
customize the grid view through the view component as you do in other modules,
You can customize the metrics and variants that you'd like to review in the grid

Add conditional formatting per your needs
Save as many views as you like per your workflows
customize how you'd like to see the time-groups
filter down the metrics per your criterion
customize the time-frame that you'd like to look at your metrics
By default, metrics time-frame will be the same as your assortment time-frame
visualize the metrics that you are interested in
As we have mentioned in Metric Management - System vs Adjusted article, you can only edit the Adjusted metrics (except Receipts Units and On Order Units)
At the top-level you'll be seeing your aggregated metrics on choice level, showing all your Clusters in the 'Cluster' column.
As you scroll down, each offering (cluster) level metrics are displayed. You can also edit the Adjusted metrics on the offering level.
Enabling in Grid Data Visualization
In the grid, you can also turn-on the visualization for each metric. To do, follow the steps below:
Right click on the grid
Then select Data Visualization, then Nominal Value as seen in the screenshot
Then each metric will be visualized for the selected time frame in the Visualization column of the grid. You can hover over the visualization to see the specific data-point as seen in the below screenshot.
Enabling Visualization mode
Separately, if you'd like to compare multiple metrics on a single-chart, you can use 'Visualize' mode. To do, follow the steps below:
Click on Visualize button on the top right.
Select the metrics that you are interested in from the grid by clicking on the metric values. You can select multiple metrics.
You can change the chart-type from the dropdown and see Legends for your chart.
Using the re-sizable divider in between the grid and the chart, you can re-size your chart or grid as you prefer.
